He had fun at a nearby splash pad.
He still loves balls - basketballs, soccer balls, baseballs, tennis balls, etc, etc.
I made him waffles one Sunday morning. He ate two. I got him out of his highchair & started cleaning up the kitchen. He came over to me & pointed at the leftover waffles I was getting ready to freeze. I gave him a small one to munch on. He went into the pantry, got a paper plate, took it to the table, climbed up in the chair & ate it. It was so stinking cute.
He will sometimes stop moving & actually smile for me when I hold up the camera & say - smile!
He even let me take some pictures of us before bedtime one evening.
We were at Walmart & I decided to buy a small blow up pool. Alex saw this box in the same aisle & said - Dada? He thought this guy was Michael. It made me laugh. Michael's pretty fit but he doesn't quite have a six pack like this guy...
Michael took this picture last week of our cool dude. Ladies, watch out for this little heart breaker!
In other news, we have a contract on our house! We're very relieved - it sure has gotten old keeping the house in perfect condition 24/7 & having random people in our house on short notice. Unfortunately, our new house won't be done for a few more months, so we'll be moving to an apartment in a few weeks. It's a nice place & it won't be for that long but I can't tell you how much I'm dreading the packing process. We made a dent last weekend & put some stuff in storage but there's still a lot of work to do... Oh well, it will be worth it once we're in our new home!
