Day 9 - someone you love
This was an easy decision! Although, he doesn't like to have his picture taken. I'm kicking myself, though, because our anniversary was on the 8th & we went out to dinner. He was looking especially spiffy & I wish I'd thought to snap a picture...
Day 10 - a childhood memory
Like I already mentioned, Alex is obsessed with Ninja Turtles. I thought this was an appropriate picture since TMNT reminds me of my childhood. My mom gave Alex this as his Easter basket. He loves it. It freaks Michael & me out a little. It kind of feels like he's giving a disapproving look. Stop judging me, Leonardo!
Day 11 - something blue
I think this little chair is adorable. It doesn't get that much use since our boys hardly ever sit still, though!
Day 13 - something old
This play set is new to us but is used. We got it this spring & the boys LOVE it!
Day 14 - eyes
I cheated a little because I couldn't pick just one picture. Both my boys have beautiful blue eyes (so does Michael but he wouldn't let me snap a pic). My settings were a little off in Alex's picture, so the color is a little blown out but his eyes still are gorgeous!
My idea for May was to pick one picture each week off the list of the Photography Challenge & focus on just that. Google photography pointers & tips to get my settings just right. I've already figured out that it's not easy to get a good picture of the moon or of a sun flare. I know there's lots of info out there that could help & one picture a week sounded more doable. Well, it's the end of May & I didn't do it. So, maybe June?? If not, oh well! Mostly I'm just trying to enjoy this season of our lives & relax when I can. J

Ethan has so much hair! And it's so light! Love your blue eyed guys. I always go so on and on about blue eyed babies that my kids inevitably ask "You like brown eyes too, right mom?"
